Speaking of Mortal Kombat, I just watched Transformers 2 and sweet chocolate jesus I have never seen so many meaningless death scenes nor been so unable to follow a fight in my life. I'd rather watch Super Saiyans collide as beams of light for two episodes while Goku charges a spirit bomb one continent away which will inevitably be interrupted at 90% completion.

...apparently I have seen a lot of bad fighting in my life.

As a matter of personal respect I have never quoted anyone I did not think was more clever than myself which has, until today, made me seem very foolish.
I hope you really didn't pay to go see that...

Let's seeeeee. I bought a car today, went swimming, and got sunburnt. Woo. :D
It was a double-feature, part of my trip to see Charlie Bartlett. Though I didn't go to a movie theater, and Charlie Bartlett came out something like 2 years ago, if you get what I'm sayin'. That being said, Charlie Bartlett is a pretty damned good movie for a teen flic.

Oh really? What kind of a sunburn did you get? What colour is your swimming? And ouch, a car.

You didn't really just quote MK did you?
I don't know. I guess that depends.
You didn't really just question MK, did you?

Hmmm. Yeah. Yeah, I just did. What now?

YES! I won. It's new in the 2007 version, when Johnny Cage was losing popularity in his acting career and decided he would sell his soul to a recently available and hip with the young'ns symbiotic alien for popularity.
...And that's how the Mortal Kombat franchise WOULD have returned its former respect.
